How the print check works
- What is measured
- QRnook reads your image and measures contrast, the empty margin around the code (quiet zone) and how many pixels each module has.
- How to read the score
- A high score means the image itself is in good shape. It cannot know your paper, ink, finish or lighting, so always test a printed proof with two different phones.
- Fixing a low score
- Use dark modules on a light background, leave a margin of at least four modules, and export a larger image or a vector SVG or PDF.
